1. Serving instructions?

Eat straight away. Sharing optional.
Leftovers (if any) must be stored in the fridge.
Out of the fridge, reheat in the microwave for just a few seconds before consuming.
Enjoy!
Order again. Order for everyone else, too.

 

2. What are your bestsellers?

To be honest, they all sell depending on personal preference. We suggest to order the Mix & Match box so you may sample all flavours.

 

3. What is your schedule?

We now operate every Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

 

4. Can I order on a day that is out of schedule?

Yes but we can only accept bulk orders for out of schedule. Minimum of 5 boxes.

 

5. Can you book delivery for us?

Due to an influx in orders, we can no longer help arrange booking of pick up and delivery. We are doing this to maintain the quality of our product and service. We kindly ask for your understanding. If it is unavoidable and an inconvenience to the customer, please leave the delivery address in the note section upon checkout. Please wait, we will be in touch. 

 

6. What time is the pick up? 

Strictly 12 Noon to 2 PM only.  We are a home based business. For the safety of our customers and staff, we operate on a skeletal workforce.

 

7. What if I forget to pick up my order?

We follow a strict protocol. If you aren't able to pick up your order on your scheduled date, your order will be forfeited. 

We also don't issue refunds. Please understand that all our products are made fresh.

 

8. Where is your location?

Our pick up point is Taguig. We will send the exact address and pin once order is confirmed.
